My journey began in the world of Olympic sport, where I competed in kitesurfing at the highest international level for more than 10 years, became Youth Olympic Champion and stood on several international podiums.

Alongside this, I’ve coached within high-performance environments, including working with the British Youth Sailing Team and athletes from the French Olympic women’s windsurfing team at a senior level. I’ve also worked privately across different national teams, giving me a broad and nuanced understanding of performance, pressure, and what it truly takes to evolve at the highest level.

I grew up in an entrepreneurial environment, with both of my parents running their own businesses. From a young age, I was actively exposed to, and involved in, the realities of building and managing a company. This early experience sparked my strong interest in business and marketing, which has become my second passion. I’ve developed a deep appreciation for both fields, fully aware of the challenges, demands, and dedication required to succeed in them.

Along the way, I came to see that true growth is rarely linear; setbacks, pressure, and moments of uncertainty often become the most powerful catalysts for transformation.

Today, I bring this perspective and drive into my coaching, offering a deeply personalised approach that goes beyond performance alone.
